We wanted to make you aware that on the Friday 28th October, Quest Pay Solutions will be attending our yearly companywide event and due to this we will be closing slightly earlier than usual.
Our office and phone lines will be closing at 4pm that day.
Due to this we have had to adjust our payroll deadlines on the Friday to allow the team enough time to process payroll and allow us to pay workers in a timely manner to avoid any disruption.
Any payroll instructions/advances received after 2pm, will be processed the following Monday.
Any cash advances received after 3pm, will be processed the following Monday.
Therefore, could we please ask that any payroll instructions/advances for payroll to be processed on the Friday to be received before the 2pm deadline. Any cash advances will need to be received by 3pm, if these instructions/advances/cash advances are received after the deadline they will be processed on Monday 31st October.
